Hi Black Crow. Looks like a Fuscous Honeyeater to me. Not sure if it extends into Tassie. If not, there may be an endemic species which replaces it. Dark eyes and the trace of the gape on the edge of beak looks right. Fuscous means "dusky". Fairly dull bird overall. Cheers Denis Wilson
