A visit from a Blue tongue lizard is always exciting! I followed him around the fence boundary until he disappeared into the compost heap.
His scales are remarkable and the way he moved in the garden with his legs tucked into his sides was very snake like. He is really beautiful. I took so many photo's of him just to catch his blue tongue.

I've seen Blue Tongues several times and have some pics, but they never showed their blue tongues to me.
